党的二十届四中全会提出，要切实抓好民生保障，多渠道挖掘潜力，加强稳岗促就业工作，促进重点群体稳定就业。京东集团外卖全职骑手刘天强对此深有体会。中专毕业后，他辗转于工地与工厂，走南闯北多年，今年3月正式加入京东外卖，成为深圳首批全职骑手。
“签订正式劳动合同、有五险一金，这比一个月挣3万元还值得开心。如今我看病养老有保障，还能把女儿接来深圳上学，让孩子接受更好的教育，一家人都能在深圳安居、扎根。”刘天强说。
随着以外卖骑手、网约车司机等为代表的新职业群体迅速壮大，国家持续拓宽就业渠道、助力新业态发展。刘天强告诉记者，得益于国家对新业态的扶持与就业扩容，像他这样的从业者才得以将零工变为稳定职业，靠勤劳实现增收。
刘天强感慨道，这些年，骑手的收入越来越高、福利越来越多。大家在每天的奔跑中收获了自信和底气。越来越多的伙伴选择外卖骑手这个新职业，干得越来越稳定。大伙对骑手这份工作有了更多责任感和使命感，跑得更有劲、更幸福。
