清晰医疗公布，截至2026年财政年度半年度，公司取得收益约8,500万港元，较去年同期轻微下降不足3%。由于极端恶劣的天气状况，公司的香港诊所于七月至九月期间停业或严重中断八天。此外，因某前任董事作出的指控而引致的负面媒体报道或会对集团近几个月的业务造成不利影响。
