天风证券发布研报称，Agent正实现类人替代，不再是传统软件辅助人。以天润云为例，天润云语音Agent通过技术优化解决传统语音机器人“生硬、易识别”的痛点，实现效率与质量双提升；天润云语音Agent已实现商用落地，对比人工实现效率质量双提升，ROI＞1已得到验证。
天润云中期业绩报告显示，上半年收入约2.69亿元，同比增长13.8%；期内利润2767.1万元，同比增长98.9%。报告期内，天润云的AI智能体产品已经成功在消费电子、零售、家居家电、工业设备等各行各业的企业客户中部署及落地。今年上半年，超过三分之一的新客户购买公司的AI产品，公司预期不久的未来AI智能体场景化的落地将加速。
