Enterprise Financial Q3 Profit Falls, Revenue Higher; Ups Dividend

Enterprise Financial Services (EFSC) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Monday of $1.20, down from $1.29 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.29.

Revenue, expressed as the sum of net interest and total noninterest income, for the three months ended Sept. 30, was $204.9 million, up from $164.9 million a year earlier.

The company increased its quarterly dividend to $0.32 per share, payable Dec. 31 to stockholders of record Dec. 15.
