本报讯（记者孟紫薇）位于大孙各庄镇的京东智能产业园北京顺义项目主体结构日前全面完工。这座新一代智慧物流园区预计明年7月落成。
该项目分南北两区，规划建设3栋智能库房及配套建筑，建设规模11.4万平方米。作为新一代供应链导向型电商及智慧物流产业示范园区，项目将引入京东结算中心，集成5G、北斗导航等智能设备，构建供应链数智化解决方案，同时，配套应急消费一体化流通中心。投用后，将带动交通运输、商贸等行业协同发展，为顺义区经济社会发展增添新动能。
项目周边配套设施建设同步发力。尹家府110千伏输变电站工程预计年内具备送电条件，将为园区运营提供稳定电力支撑。小微绿地工程已完工，面向企业员工与周边村民开放。自来水厂项目正加快前期手续办理，将为园区运营筑牢水资源保障网。
“大孙各庄镇正锚定‘智慧物流示范小镇、临空现代农业小镇、田园休闲文旅小镇’的发展定位，全力支持项目建设。”大孙各庄镇物流园区负责人刘臣表示，项目投用后将为区域智慧物流产业发展注入新动力，进一步激发区域经济活力。大孙各庄镇也将持续为企业提供优质服务，打造优质投资环境。
