Frasers Centrepoint Trust (SGX:J69U) issued around 5.6 million units to its manager at SG$2.3372 per unit for the payment of services rendered during various periods, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the trust were up under 1% in Tuesday trading.
Following the issue of the new units, the manager holds around 117.1 million units in the trust.
