Oct 28 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Tuesday:

** French media group Banijay <BNJ.AS> will buy a majority stake in betting firm Tipico from private equity group CVC <CVC.AS>, it said, in a move that will create one of Europe's biggest online gaming operators.

** Searchlight Cyber has acquired cyber risk management company Intangic, in a deal that the UK-based dark web intelligence company said will deepen its cyber risk quantification expertise.

** GreenTriangle, a Swiss startup providing technology for crop insurance, including parametric covers, has been acquired by French claims specialist Groupe Saretec.

** Private equity firm Boyu Capital has emerged as the frontrunner to buy a controlling stake in Starbucks' <SBUX.O> China business in a deal that could value the unit at more than $4 billion, Bloomberg News reported.

** Skyworks Solutions <SWKS.O> will buy smaller rival Qorvo <QRVO.O>, they said, forming a $22 billion combined company that supplies radio-frequency chips to Apple <AAPL.O> and other smartphone makers.

** Privately held Cygnet Energy will acquire Kiwetinohk Energy <KEC.TO> in an all-cash deal valued at C$1.4 billion ($998.29 million), including debt, the companies said, creating a larger Montney and Duvernay operator

** Ryan Specialty RYAN.N has acquired Canadian managing general underwriter Stewart Specialty Risk Underwriters (SSRU) in a deal that will see London-listed venture capitalist BP Marsh BPM.L receive C$51.9 million ($37.1 million) for its 28.2% shareholding in the firm.

** U.S. investment firm Long Path agreed to take British software provider Idox <IDOX.L> private in a 339.5 million pound ($438 million) deal, offering shareholders 71.5 pence per share in cash.

** Barclays will buy U.S. personal loan originator Best Egg for $800 million, the British bank said, as it tries to add scale in its personal banking business in the United States.
