10月28日，国家邮政局官网发布消息称，该局对中通快递（02057.HK）进行了约谈。

《中国经营报》记者注意到，国家邮政局方面指出，中通快递经营行为不规范，随意调整运营规则，存在服务质量不高、快递员合法权益保障措施落实不到位等问题，要求该公司严格落实中通快递服务网络管理主体责任，改进快递服务质量，强化合规经营体系建设，保障快递员合法权益，自觉维护公平竞争市场秩序。

对此，中通快递官方回应称，公司会严格按照约谈要求，针对涉及的问题全面排查、全面整改、全网落实，同时进一步提升服务质量，提升合规经营，提升网点和员工的合法权益保障。

据中通快递此前披露的半年报数据，今年上半年，中通快递实现营业收入227.2亿元，同比增长9.8%；营业成本则同比增长21.5%，达到170.89亿元；归属于普通股东的净利润约40亿元，同比微降1.4%。
