智通财经APP讯，弘业期货(03678)发布公告，公司近日收到股东江苏弘苏实业有限公司(以下简称“弘苏实业”)出具的《关于股东司法强制执行计划期限届满的告知函》，获悉：2025年7月25日公司披露的《关于股东所持部分股份可能会被司法强制执行的提示性公告》(2025-037)，自2025年7月30日至2025年10月27日，弘苏实业因被司法强制执行将以集中竞价交易方式被动减少公司股份1007.78万股(约占公司总股本的1%)，以大宗交易方式被动减少公司股份2015.56万股(约占公司总股本的2%)，总共计划减少3023.33万股(约占公司总股本的3%)。截至本公告日，前述司法强制执行期限已经届满，在司法强制执行期限内，弘苏实业已通过集中竞价交易方式被司法强制执行1007.77万股，已通过大宗交易方式被司法强制执行560.72万股，合计减少1568.49万股，占公司当前总股本的1.5564%。本次司法强制执行计划剩余股数1454.84万股。
