汇丰控股（0005.HK）在2025Q3业绩会中回应私有化恒生银行表示，目前仍处于私有化恒生的要约期，无法额外披露具体协同效益数据。

　　市场早前传闻称，恒生银行在被收购后已面临大规模裁员。汇控强调，恒生不会有重大职位损失（no mass job loss），但未否认裁员消息。汇控强调，私有化恒生是强化汇丰集团香港本地战略，扩大客户基础的行为，可增加销售收益，并同时保持品牌差异化战略。

　　汇丰近年持续关闭其在美国、英国和欧洲大陆的并购和股票承销业务，导致这些地区的员工面临大范围裁员。

　　最新业绩显示，今年前三季度，香港上海汇丰银行税前利润148.35亿美元，按年下跌7.31%；HSBC UK Bank plc税前利润54.47亿元，按年下跌1.94%；英国汇丰银行税前利润7.03亿美元，下跌71.15%。表现好于市场预期。

　　汇控表示，中国香港和英国市场均为集团核心业务，得益于财富管理业务客户活动的增加，汇丰银行香港业务的税前利润增长了11%，英国分部的利润下降了5%主要由于运营费用增加。

　　汇控公布业绩后股价逆市拉升，最高涨近4%。（新浪财经香港站）
