Superactive Group Sued Over HK$546.8 Million Bond Payment Dispute

Superactive Group (HKG:0176) said it has been notified of legal proceedings in Hong Kong concerning the alleged non-payment of amounts owed under a bond, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.

The company, whose shares have been suspended from trading since March 31, said the plaintiff is seeking to recover HK$546.8 million in outstanding bond principal plus accrued interest.

Superactive said it is obtaining legal advice on the matter and intends to defend itself against the claim.
