Incredible Industries (NSE:INCREDIBLE, BOM:538365) agreed to sell its Windmill Unit (K-342) in Maharashtra, India, to Technosteel Infraprojects for 15 million Indian rupees, according to an Indian bourse filing on Monday.
The company said the consideration will be received in tranches.
Shares of Incredible Industries were down nearly 2% in recent trade on Tuesday.
