Third quarter 2024 earnings included a $0.06 per share charge related to capital expenditures disallowed by the Illinois Commerce Commission. Excluding this charge, adjusted earnings for the third quarter of 2024 were $0.82 per share. For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, WEC Energy Group recorded net income of $1.24 billion, or $3.85 per share, up from $1.07 billion, or $3.40 per share, for the corresponding period in 2024. Adjusted earnings for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2024, were $3.45 per share. Consolidated revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, totaled $7.3 billion, an increase of $947.3 million from the same period in 2024. Retail electricity deliveries, excluding the iron ore mine in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, increased 1.9 percent in the third quarter of 2025 compared to the third quarter of 2024. Electricity consumption rose 1.1 percent among small commercial and industrial customers, while usage by large commercial and industrial customers was also reported. The company stated it remains focused on reliability, financial discipline, customer satisfaction, and infrastructure development to support regional economic growth.
