VICOM's (SGX:WJP) subsidiary, Setsco Services, agreed to establish a joint venture company in Malaysia with QAV Technologies, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down over 1% in Friday trading.
The JV company, Setsco QAV Technologies, will allow the subsidiary to expand its testing services in the region.
Setsco will have a 49% stake in it, while QAV will own the remaining 51% stake.
