消息面上，九毛九公布的第三季度运营数据显示，其旗下主要品牌的同店销售额仍未止跌。其中，太二酸菜鱼同店销售额同比下降9.3%，怂火锅和九毛九西北菜的降幅更为明显，分别达到19.1%和14.8%。
交银国际指出，尽管同店仍为负增长，但太二和九毛九的降幅环比二季度收窄，太二已连续三个季度改善，反映出经营调整措施的初步成效。国盛证券则表示，公司当前采取审慎的扩张策略，主要品牌同店仍承压，但已明确“鲜活食材”战略定位，太二“5.0鲜活模式”新店型表现亮眼，将加快推广进度，有望进一步改善业绩表现。
