(Inhibrx，纳斯达克代码：INBX)公布了注册性临床研究ChonDRAgon (n=206)的积极主要结果。该研究评估了ozekibart(INBRX-109)单药相较安慰剂在晚期或转移性、不可切除的软骨肉瘤患者中的疗效。基于该结果，Inhibrx计划于 2026年6月底前向美国监管机构递交ozekibart软骨肉瘤适应症的上市许可申请。根据公司通过其全资子公司杭州奕安济世生物药业有限公司(HJB)所签署的许可协议，公司拥有ozekibart(INBRX-109)在中国大陆、中国香港特别行政区、中国澳门特别行政区及中国台湾地区的独家开发和商业化权益。

据悉，Ozekibart是首个在随机对照试验中显著改善软骨肉瘤患者PFS的在研药物，目前该疾病尚无任何获批的系统性治疗方案。令人鼓舞的临床数据进一步证实了该产品对于全球患者以及公司拥有独家授权地区的价值。
