2025年10月30日，霍尼韦尔（NASDAQ：HON）披露，其在2025年第三季度实现销售额104亿美元，同比增长7%。营业收入同比下降6%，部门利润同比增长5%至24亿美元。营业利润率下降220个基点至16.9%，部门利润率下降50个基点至23.1%。第三季度每股收益为2.86美元，同比增长32%；经营现金流为33亿美元，同比增长65%；自由现金流为15亿美元，同比下降16%。
基于第三季度的业绩表现，霍尼韦尔更新了全年销售额、部门利润率、调整后每股收益及自由现金流指引。更新后的指导范围包含了Solstice Advanced Materials业务将于2025年10月30日完成分拆所造成的影响。此次分拆预计将导致公司全年销售额同比减少7亿美元，调整后每股收益减少0.21美元，自由现金流减少2亿美元。
其中，霍尼韦尔全年销售额预计为407亿至409亿美元，内生式销售增长约6%；部门利润率预计为22.9%至23.0%，同比增长30至40个基点；调整后每股收益预计为10.60至10.70美元，较此前指引区间中值上调10美分。经营现金流预计为64亿至68亿美元，自由现金流为52亿至56亿美元。
