BlockBeats 消息，10 月 30 日，据 CoinList 页面，原火币创始人李林将成立的价值 10 亿美元的以太坊加密财库（DAT）公司启动募资，拟通过私募股权融资（PIPE）筹集 10 亿美元，同时发行 1:1 的合订认股权证，行权价格较发行价溢价 50%。预计 PIPE 定价约为 0.88 倍净资产值（mNAV）。计划在 2025 年 10 月 31 日（星期五）前完成认购，接受以美元和 USDC 支付的款项（如有需要可接受 ETH 支付）。
此前知情人士透露，李林将与亚洲最早的以太坊支持者联手成立该加密财库（DAT）公司，包括区块链资深投资者、分布式资本联合创始人沈波、HashKey Group 董事长兼 CEO 肖风、美图公司创始人蔡文胜。
