智通财经APP讯，益美国际控股(01870)发布公告，于2025年10月28日，BPL及DCH进一步订立协议备忘录，以重申及协定(其中包括)订约方的权利及义务。于订立协议备忘录后，日期为2024年10月10日的合作谅解备忘录已被取代。
根据协议备忘录，(其中包括)：BPL须投入100%成本，用于地面及屋顶太阳能发电系统，总容量介乎70兆瓦至100兆瓦，并须为该数码枢纽提供电力及算力资源;及DCH须不可撤销地承诺以每千瓦时0.055美元的固定价格购买项目产生的全部电力，自项目的商业营运日期起计为期20年。
董事会认为，根据协议备忘录达成的协议体现订约方在本集团绿色电力能源领域开展合作持续作出的努力和承诺，这与本集团的业务目标完全一致，以透过提供对人工智能(AI)驱动的基础设施至关重要的可靠电力及算力资源，支持领先的AI用户及下一代应用。董事会认为，推进是项可再生能源合作符合本公司的长期增长策略及全球可持续发展目标。
