智通财经APP讯，荣智控股(06080)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年9月30日止六个月取得公司拥有人应占简明综合亏损净额不少于约1330万港元，而截至2024年9月30日止六个月则取得公司拥有人应占纯利约460万港元。
董事会认为，由纯利转为亏损净额主要归因于以下因素：多项地基及地盘平整工程出现重大亏损，乃由于客户日益严格的收益审批流程导致收益确认压力加剧;须调配额外资源应对施工期间遭遇的意外地质状况及场地限制;及指定工程区域移交延迟及客户要求更改施工方法，整体削弱营运效率;毛利减少主要源于地基及地盘平整行业竞争压力加剧，此乃公营及私营部门项目合约价格普遍承压，加上整体经济疲弱所致。
