智通财经APP讯，千百度(01028)公布，于2025年10月29日，该公司与9名认购方订立九9份认购协议，拟向认购方发行合共4.154亿股认购股份，认购价为每股0.205港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.246港元折让约16.67%，认购股份的总认购价为8515.7万港元;及4.745亿份认股权证，发行价为0.036港元，每份认股权证赋予权利，可按每股0.28港元的行使价认购1股认股权证股份。
公司预期将自发行认购股份及认股权证获得的估计所得款项净额(经扣除其他相关开支及专业费用后)分别为8000万港元及1600万港元。假设认股权证所附认购权获悉数行使，公司将获得的所得款项净额估计将增加至约1.31亿港元。公司拟将认购事项所得款项用于公司的一般营运资金，包括探索在升级本集团业务中人工智能的开发及运用，构建人工智能赋能业务生态体系及招募人工智能人才。
