第三季度营收为86亿美元，同比增长 16.7%，也超过了分析师的预期。
万事达卡首席执行官迈克尔·米巴赫在周四的一份声明中表示，盈利表现"由健康的消费者和商业支出以及我们差异化服务的持续强劲表现所推动"。
第三季度总交易额为 2.75 万亿美元，符合市场预期，高于第二季度的 2.63 万亿美元和 2024 年第三季度的 2.50 万亿美元。
万事达卡的卡片数量同比增长 6%，从 2024 年第三季度的 34.2 亿张增至 36.4 亿张。
该公司仍预计2025年净收入将实现"百分之十几的中高段"增长，与7月给出的预测一致。
万事达卡的支付网络竞争对手Visa本周早些时候也公布了强劲的季度业绩，同样强调了支出的韧性。
