处所包括广州太阳城大酒店主楼、员工宿舍及员工饭堂。广州太阳城大酒店为一家4星级酒店，拥有30年历史，为一家与众不同的涉外酒店，为住客提供广泛设施，并拥有稳定的客户群。其位于广州市中心，公共交通便捷，邻近本集团于广州的学院，对本集团学生、教职员及客户而言均非常便利。
本集团与太阳城大酒店长时间合作，熟悉广州太阳城大酒店的背景、处所、设施及设备以及所提供的服务。
鉴于前述者，特别考虑到华商酒店管理学院的师生已营运广州太阳城大酒店一年并熟悉该酒店，本集团认为广州太阳城大酒店乃促进及深化产教融合以及校企合作的理想位置，可为本集团学生提供宝贵的实践学习机会。
