智通财经APP讯，中裕能源(03633)公布，董事会注意到，域名为https://web.zhongyugas26.com或“m.ubqxy.cn”的网站及名为“智享企联”的应用程式内ID为651180521的账户(统称为“欺诈平台”)，在未经许可的情况下使用集团部分资讯(包括但不限于公司的标志及集团活动的图片)，并冒充该公司。公司谨此提醒投资者及公众警惕欺诈平台。 公司谨此澄清，公司与欺诈平台并无关联，亦从未授权任何机构或个人以“中裕能源”的名义透过线上平台进行募资或招揽投资。
公告称，集团发布资讯的官方渠道仅限于其官方网站、官方微信公众号及香港联合交易所有限公司的披露易网站。公司不会透过社交媒体平台、电话营销或第三方平台进行募资或招揽投资。公司促请其投资者及公众保持警觉，并透过其官方网站、官方微信公众号及香港交易所网站获取有关本集团的资讯。
