美团-W（03690）公布，于2025年10月28日（纽约时间），公司及有关初始买家就票据发行订立有关购买协议。该公司将发行本金总额6亿美元的2031年美元票据、本金总额6亿美元的2032年美元票据、本金总额8亿美元的2035年美元票据、本金总额人民币20.8 亿元的2030年人民币票据及本金总额人民币50亿元的2035年人民币票据，除非根据票据条款提前赎回。票据年利率分别为4.5%、4.75%、5.125%、2.55%及3.10%。
公告称，公司拟将票据发行所得款项净额主要用于现有离岸债务的再融资及其他一般企业用途。
