通用汽车公司周三表示，将削减美国电动汽车和电池产量，并裁减其底特律电动汽车工厂的1200个工作岗位，以及俄亥俄州一家电池厂的550个岗位，以应对电池汽车需求的放缓。

　　该公司表示，将于明年1月在田纳西州和俄亥俄州的两家美国合资电池工厂停产大约6个月，并补充说，还将暂时解雇这两家电池工厂的约1550名工人。

　　此外，在俄亥俄州的工厂，通用汽车表示将无限期解雇550名工人。通用与韩国LG新能源公司共同运营着这家工厂。

　　通用表示，将从明年1月开始将底特律电动汽车工厂的生产削减至一班，而此前该工厂经过裁员后，目前的生产为两班。该公司表示，这将使这家工厂的产量减少约50%。该工厂生产三款大型电动皮卡，包括雪佛兰Silverado和GMC Sierra，以及电动Escalade IQ和悍马SUV。

　　通用汽车表示，此举是“为了应对近期电动汽车采用放缓和监管环境的变化”。该公司正游说美国国会和白宫放宽排放要求，上个月还削减了电动汽车的产量。
