智通财经APP获悉，有赞(08083)早盘涨超10%，截至发稿，涨9.69%，报0.215港元，成交额1513.25万港元。
消息面上，有赞公告，公司已于2025年10月28日根据主板上市规则第9B章向联交所提交转板上市申请。转板上市将不会涉及公司发行任何新股份。国证国际此前发布研报称，港股创业板上市的背景对公司估值带来拖累，倘若成功转主板上市，结合经营业绩向好，公司估值有望得到提升。
值得注意的是，有赞科技近日宣布与TCL实业达成合作，探索AGI在零售场景的应用实践，推动“人货场”关系重构。此外，有赞科技与母婴高端龙头品牌BeBeBus达成战略合作，共同探索AGI（通用人工智能）在母婴消费场景的深度应用。
