汇丰研究发表研究报告指，四中全会通过2026年至2030年“十五五”规划建议，当中提到要大幅提高科技自立自强水平、前瞻布局未来产业，以及促进形成更多由内需主导、消费拉动、内生增长的经济发展模式，相信可为科技股潜在升势增添动力。根据该行分析，十五五规划中提及的战略性行业，如半导体、人工智能、生物科技等，在规划建议发布后一年内，除录得约16.5%的平均市场回报外，亦可能录得约17.5%的平均超额回报。考虑到整体经济尚未完全复苏，而且PMI已连续六个月处于收缩区间，汇丰研究目前对消费板块维持“中性”看法，对资讯科技及医疗健康等较具有中国创新潜力的行业给予“增持”评级，同时看好反内卷主题及原材料板块。
