　　四环医药（00460）早盘涨超4%，截至发稿，股价上涨4.11%，现报1.52港元，成交额5779.48万港元。

　　10月30日，四环医药发布公告，该集团已与美国生物技术公司AbaloneBio（Abalone）正式签署合作协议。根据协议约定，双方将在全球范围内开展协作，共同推进新一代肥胖治疗创新药物的研发工作。该研发项目核心目标为，通过靶向启动代谢相关G蛋白偶联受体（GPCRs），实现安全、有效的能量消耗提升，同时达到肌肉量保持或增强的效果，旨在解决当前减重疗法存在的局限性，满足全球肥胖治疗领域尚未被充分覆盖的临床需求，推动该领域治疗方案的优化与升级。

　　公告称，该集团与Abalone的合作具备前期基础-集团已于本年度初完成对Abalone的战略投资。此次合作协议的签署，标志着双方合作从资本层面延伸至业务执行层面，将进一步巩固集团在减重领域的创新布局，并借助Abalone的技术优势，加快新一代减重增肌疗法的研发进度，为集团长期战略发展提供支撑。此外，本次合作亦为集团深化GPCR靶点领域布局的重要举措。
