近日，河套深港科技创新合作区（以下简称“河套合作区”）首批重点建设项目之一——河套壹号正式启用。

该项目聚焦大数据、人工智能、金融科技等前沿领域，集资源导入、成果展示、互动交流、公共服务等功能于一体，将成为河套合作区对接全球科创资源的重要窗口。

河套壹号总建面约8.8万㎡，共计44层，以“云上蝴蝶”设计理念打造360°全景视野，尽揽深港双城生态景观。入驻企业符合条件可享受河套合作区“一号通道”便捷通关、深港规则衔接、知识产权保护、资金跨境流动等多项创新政策红利，抢占深港协同发展先机。同时，项目通过“五重商务空间”、地铁上盖配套及全周期服务体系，全方位满足科技总部企业的多元场景需求，赋能企业全生命周期成长。

截至目前，河套深圳园区已汇聚5所世界百强香港高校、10余个国家级科研平台、200多个高端科研项目、447家科技企业，建成10个国际一流中试转化平台，吸引18名院士、25名海外高层次人才、1.5万名科研人员入驻。如今的河套深圳园区，正加速成为深港科技、人才一体化发展的科创高地。（杨铭琪）
