消息面上，10月20日北京国际风能大会发布了《风能北京宣言2.0》，提出“十五五”期间年新增装机量不低于120GW，其中海上风电不低于15GW；2030年累计装机容量达1300GW。群益证券发布研报称，预计“十五五”期间较“十四五”期间风电年平均装机容量将翻倍增长，风电行业增长可期。
此外，金风科技公布2025年前三季度业绩，营业收入约481.47亿元，同比增长34.34%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约25.84亿元，同比增长44.21%；基本每股收益0.5969元。公告称，营收增长主要系公司风机及零部件销售规模增加。净利增长主要系毛利额及公允价值变动收益增加，减去投资收益减少等。
