伯克希尔与达维塔达成协议，这家医疗保健公司将在每季度回购股份，以使伯克希尔的持股比例降至45%。此次减持后，伯克希尔对该公司的持股已略低于该门槛。
尽管此次减持，伯克希尔于2011年首次购入的达维塔股票，目前仍是该企业集团第十大持仓。市场认为伯克希尔对达维塔的投资出自投资经理泰德·韦施勒之手，因其在2011年加入伯克希尔前所经营的对冲基金曾持有该股票。
