ChainCatcher 消息，据 Decrypt 报道，澳大利亚政府即将推出数字资产新立法之际，金融监管机构 ASIC 对其指南进行重大更新，扩展现有金融服务法对加密企业的适用范围。
周二发布的 Info Sheet 225 修订版明确，数字资产产品和服务在何种情况下构成《公司法》下的金融产品，并将术语从“加密资产”扩展为涵盖虚拟资产、通证化产品和币基资产的“数字资产”。虽未制定新法，但该指南旨在为财政部《数字资产平台与支付服务提供商法案》实施前提供确定性，该法案将为交易所、托管方和稳定币发行方引入许可制度。ASIC 重申，收益型代币、质押计划和资产挂钩稳定币等需持牌经营。最终版指南新增 5 个案例至 18 个，涵盖交易所代币、游戏 NFT 到质押服务等场景，并明确托管方需满足 1000 万澳元净资产门槛（除非为附带性服务）。ASIC 强调，澳法律适用于向本地用户营销的离岸机构，全球平台不得以地理位置规避监管。
