据报道援引三位未具名知情人士消息称，中国香港企业长江和记实业有限公司与法国电信运营商Iliad正就潜在合并双方在意大利的业务进行初步洽谈。

　　Iliad的意大利业务独立估值可能超过30亿欧元，而涉及长和旗下意大利子公司Wind Tre的交易可能以合资企业的形式进行。
