Foresight News 消息，据 CoinList Alpha 页面，由李林家办 Avenir Group、分布式资本、万向资本和美图发起的 ETH 财库公司“ETH Treasury Company”目前正在 CoinList Alpha 募资，该公司拟通过私募股权融资（PIPE）筹集 10 亿美元，同时发行 1:1 的合订认股权证，行权价格较发行价溢价 50%。预计 PIPE 定价约为 0.88 倍净资产值（mNAV）。CoinList Alpha 投资人初步承诺日期截止至 10 月 29 日，需在 2025 年 10 月 31 日前完成付款，接受以美元和 USDC 支付（如有需要，可接受 ETH 支付）。
