本报讯（记者朱松梅）朝阳区正积极推进北京国际法商融合示范区建设。日前，《朝阳区推进北京国际法商融合示范区建设工作方案》发布，共17条46项举措，北京CBD中心区7.04平方公里纳入示范区建设起步区范围。
北京CBD中心区将重点突出在国际商务交流合作等方面的示范性，在未来的发展中进一步整合资源，提升法商服务能级，为扩大高水平对外开放贡献朝阳力量。其目标是打造一批法商融合特色楼宇和区域，构建与北京商务中心区功能相匹配的法商融合相关产业生态，形成一批可复制推广案例与创新机制。到2027年，CBD将建成融合创新发展的先行区、营商环境改革的样板区、护航企业出海的示范区，成为服务“一带一路”建设的重要节点，逐步成为兼具中国特色与国际示范性的法商融合全球高地。
朝阳区将围绕“聚焦优质法务资源集聚、聚焦综合服务效能提升、聚焦关键要素畅通流动、聚焦法商融合品牌建设”四个方面，全力推进示范区建设。
作为“中国涉外第一区”，朝阳区内集聚了全市约70%的跨国公司地区总部，同时拥有全市38%的律师事务所、53%的专兼职律师、93%的外国律所办事处，以及9家世界十大咨询公司、8家世界十大人力资源公司、三大评级机构。
