Stellantis (STLA) reported Q3 net revenue on Thursday of 37.21 billion euros ($43.20 billion), up from 32.96 billion euros a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet had expected 36.38 billion euros.
The automaker reaffirmed its H2 outlook, projecting continued revenue growth and higher adjusted operating income compared with H1.
Stellantis said it is making adjustments to its strategic and product plans, resulting in one-time charges in the H2 2025, which will mostly be excluded from adjusted operating income.
The company added that it has also begun a review of its warranty estimation process, which could lead to additional one-off charges.
