ACM Research (Shanghai)'s (SHA:688082) attributable profit rose 81% year over year to 570.3 million yuan in the third quarter, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The semiconductor device manufacturer logged earnings per share of 1.27 yuan, up 79% from the year-ago period.
Operating income grew nearly 20% year on year to 1.88 billion yuan.
