智通财经APP讯，晨鸣纸业(01812)公布，董事会同意选举姜言山先生为公司第十一届董事会董事长，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起，至公司第十一届董事会任期届满之日止。
公司于 2025 年 10 月 28 日完成董事会换届选举，李伟先先生总经理职务任期届满。公司目前处于复工复产、风险化解的过渡阶段，经审慎评估，董事会同意暂不聘任公司总经理。为保证公司各项工作的正常开展，由公司董事长姜言山先生在总经理空缺期间代行总经理职责，直至公司按程序聘任总经理为止。
此外，董事会同意聘任李伟先先生、刘培吉先生、孟峰先生、朱艳丽女士、董连明先生、郭钦彦先生、葛光明先生、袁西坤先生为公司副总经理，同意聘任朱艳丽女士为公司财务总监，同意聘任袁西坤先生为公司董事会秘书、朱瀚梁先生为公司秘书(香港)，同意聘任陈琳女士为公司证券事务代表。
