消息面上，据和铂医药官微消息，10月28日，“智耀和铂 汇创星辰” 和铂医药全球研发日活动于中国上海成功举办，会上，和铂医药正式发布其Hu-mAtrIx™人工智能平台驱动的首个全人源AI HCAb模型——全人源重链抗体(HCAb)生成和筛选模型。该模型基于和铂医药专有的Harbour Mice®平台数据，集成了一个微调的大型语言模型(LLM)用于序列生成，并辅以高精度的AI分类和成药性预测模型。与传统筛选方法不同，该平台实现了AI设计、智能筛选与湿实验验证的闭环流程。
据介绍，基于这一系统，AI HCAb模型有望加速全人源HCAb在新一代治疗领域的应用——包括多特异性抗体、XDC、体内CAR-T以及吸入或口服大分子药物——助力重塑生物制剂研发的格局。依托AI能力与HCAb技术基石，和铂医药正加速推进新一代创新疗法的落地，并通过数据驱动的预测流程发掘尚未满足的临床需求。
