智通财经APP讯，上海电气(02727)发布公告，徐建新自2019年11月14日起担任本公司独立非执行董事，因连续担任本公司独立非执行董事时间即将满六年，同意徐建新不再担任本公司独立非执行董事、战略委员会委员、审核委员会主席及委员、提名委员会委员、薪酬委员会委员的职务。
同意提名陈信元为本公司第五届董事会独立非执行董事候选人，任期自股东会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会履职届满之日止。同意陈信元正式任职本公司独立非执行董事后担任战略委员会委员、审核委员会主席及委员、提名委员会委员、薪酬委员会委员的职务。
