智通财经APP讯，慧源同创科技(01116)发布公告，现有购股权计划乃透过于2019年5月31日通过股东决议案而采纳，自采纳之日起为期十年有效及生效。根据现有购股权计划的条款，本公司可随时透过股东大会决议案，议决终止现有购股权计划，在此情况下，不得进一步授出购股权，惟现有购股权计划之条款依然生效并具有效力，以行使任何在其终止之前已授出的购股权属必要者或根据现有购股权计划条文另行规定者为限。于终止前根据现有购股权计划授出的购股权将继续有效并根据现有购股权计划之规则可予行使。
董事会无意于本公告日期起至应届本公司股东大会之日止期间，根据现有购股权计划进一步授出任何购股权。
本公司建议根据香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)于2022年7月刊发的联交所证券上市规则第十七章最新规定采纳新购股权计划。新购股权计划旨在为本公司提供灵活方式留任、激励、奖励、酬谢、补偿及╱或提供福利予合资格参与者。
