智通财经APP获悉，大唐发电(00991)现跌近5%，截至发稿，跌4.03%，报2.38港元，成交额8159.92万港元。
消息面上，大唐发电近日发布公告称，公司全资子公司大唐安徽发电有限公司以1元价格购买淮南矿业持有的安徽电力股份有限公司50%股权。交易完成后，安徽电力股份将间接成为大唐国际发电股份有限公司全资子公司，并纳入其合并报表范围。
公告显示，截至评估基准日2025年4月30日，安徽电力股份的资产总额约7.87亿元，负债总额达到约24.73亿元，所有者权益为-16.86亿元，资产负债率约314%。本次交易预计影响公司合并口径归母净利润减少约5.89亿元。长江证券发布研报称，三季度大唐电力计提资产减值损失12.06亿元，主因系收购安徽电力公司股权事项计提商誉减值准备7.79亿元，一定程度限制公司业绩弹性释放。
