智通财经APP讯，讯众通信(02597)发布公告，公司的现任香港核数师安永会计师事务所将退任公司核数师，自公司2025年第六次临时股东会起生效，并将不会膺选续聘为公司核数师。
董事会考虑到大华会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)(大华)自2020年起一直担任公司的中国内地核数师。鉴于公司过往与大华良好的合作关系以及对其专业能力的认可，在公司审计委员会的建议下，董事会决议提请委任大华为公司2025年度的香港核数师，任期由安永于2025年第六次临时股东会退任起生效，直至公司下一届股东周年大会结束为止，并提请授权董事会根据实际业务情况及参照有关规定和标准，确定审计费用。惟建议更换核数师须于2025年第六次临时股东会上以普通决议案方式寻求公司股东批准后方可作实。
