澳大利亚企业监管机构于周三表示，联邦法院已禁止破产加密货币交易公司 Blockchain Global 的董事瑞安・许（Ryan Xu）在 12 月 20 日之前离境。

　　澳大利亚证券与投资委员会（ASIC）通过单方面申请获得了该法院禁令，这意味着瑞安・许目前尚未获得向法院陈述意见或对 ASIC 申请作出回应的机会。

　　该监管机构在声明中补充称：“此案将于 2025 年 10 月 30 日再次提交法院，进行双方庭审。”

　　ASIC 目前正调查瑞安・许与 Blockchain Global 运营加密货币交易平台 ACX Exchange 之间的关联。ACX Exchange 于 2019 年 12 月左右倒闭，此后用户开始面临无法从账户中提取资金或加密货币的问题。

　　ASIC 透露，其于 2024 年 1 月启动对该公司的调查，此前该机构收到了 Blockchain Global 清算人的一份报告。报告显示，截至 2023 年 10 月 2 日，Blockchain Global 欠无担保债权人约 5800 万澳元（合 3730 万美元）。

　　根据 ASIC 官网信息，瑞安・许是该公司内第三位被 ASIC 调查的人员。

　　Blockchain Global 未公布任何联系方式，目前无法立即联系到该公司置评。
