BlockBeats 消息，10 月 31 日，Jupiter 官方在社交媒体上发文表示，在团队缩减去中心化自治组织（DAO）规模并进行社区重置之后，“垃圾箱销毁（Litterbox burn）投票”标志着全新开始的下一重大步骤——重新聚焦于将 JUP 作为生态系统的核心，并重建长期的信心与共识。
目前，Jupiter 链上收入的 50% 会进入“垃圾箱信托基金（Litterbox Trust）”，该基金从公开市场回购 JUP。迄今为止，已累计收购约 1.3 亿枚 JUP，约占流通供应量的 4%。这部分代币最初是为 DAO 在 3 年后使用的。但最近，持币者明确表示，这些 JUP 正在给社区和代币持有者带来不确定性。团队听到了大家的声音。今天，DAO 将开始就是否应销毁这些现存代币进行投票（剩余 4 天 13 小时截止）。而在未来几周内，将举行另一场单独的投票，以决定如何处理持续流入“垃圾箱（Litterbox）”的收益。
