Air China's Q3 Profit Slides 11%

Air China (SHA:601111, HKG:0753) recorded an 11% decline in attributable profit in the third quarter of 2025 to 3.68 billion yuan, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Hong Kong-listed shares of the airline were down 7% in Friday afternoon trading.

Earnings per share stood at 0.22 yuan in the three months, with revenue jumping 0.9% to 49.1 billion yuan.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, attributable profit increased 37% year over year to 1.87 billion yuan, while revenue rose 1.3% to 129.8 billion yuan.
