智通财经APP讯，英皇国际(00163)公布，于2025年10月29日，该公司直接全资附属英皇物业投资有限公司拟向Northstar 181-183 Propco Limited出售Shineon Investments Limited全部已发行股本，代价估计约为2180万英镑。
据悉，目标公司主要从事物业投资业务及持有该物业。 该物业为位于英国伦敦W1牛津街 181-183号的一幢7层高(含地库)的零售及办公大楼，净内部面积为13,049平方呎。
经考虑近期英国物业市场情况及英镑最近升值，董事会认为出售事项为集团提供良机，变现于该物业的投资，而出售事项所得款项将进一步提升集团的财务状况。
