智通财经APP讯，吉星新能源(03395)公布，于2025年10月30日(香港时间)(交易时段后)，公司与Tara Suzanne Leray女士达成协议，作为Leray女士辞任公司首席财务官及联席公司秘书(自2025年10月31日起生效)的离职补偿方案的一部分，公司作为发行人将配发及发行，而Leray女士作为认购人将认购合共1,987,925股本公司股本中无面值的新普通股，发行价为每股离职股份0.279港元，较2025年10月30日联交所所报每股收市价0.30港元折让约7%。
公告称，本次认购使公司得以依离职方案条款支付Leray女士款项，无须动用现有内部财务资源，并可避免现金流出。
