路透休斯顿10月29日 - 一位美国联邦法官周三表示，他将在本月底之前就要求取消他和负责监督法院下令拍卖 Citgo Petroleum 母公司的顾问资格的未决动议做出裁决，同时还将做出一项裁决，以解决对被推荐为拍卖获胜者的投标提出的异议。

特拉华州法官伦纳德-斯塔克（Leonard Stark）将在 9 月以来的一系列听证会后做出上述裁决，在听证会上，案件各方，包括竞标者和 15 名排队等待从委内瑞拉炼油商 Citgo 的母公司 PDV Holding 拍卖中获得现金收益的债权人，就拍卖过程提出了论据。
